Browsing History Google Chrome

When you browse the web, Chrome keeps a running log of every site you visit. If you need to revisit a site, you can find it by viewing your history.

View your History

  1. Click the Customize and Control Google Chrome menu button.
  2. Select the History submenu.

  3. This menu shows a history of recently-closed tabs. If the site you're looking for appears here, just select it to reload it.

  4. Select History.

The History screen lists every site you've visited, and when you visited it.

  1. Click a link in the History submenu or on your History page.

Clear your History

  1. Click the Customize and Control Google Chrome menu button.
  2. Select the History submenu.
  3. Select History.

  4. Click the Main Menu button on the History page (if necessary).

  5. Click Clear browsing data.

  6. Select a Time range to delete.
  7. Select the checkboxes for the data you want to delete.
  8. Click Clear data.
