Create an Invoice

If you sell something to a customer for which it's OK for them to pay you later, you'll need to create an invoice.

Create an Invoice

1. Click New.
2. Select Invoice.
   
3. Click the Customer list and select Add new or an existing customer.
4. Verify or enter the address and customer information.
   
5. Click the Product/Service column and select Add new or an existing product.
   
6. Edit the line items, such as Qty and Rate.
7. Check or uncheck the Tax box, if applicable.
8. Repeat steps 5-7 to add additional line items to the invoice.
9. Enter any additional information, such as a Message on invoice.
10. Click a Save option.
