  1. Reply to the chatter email message.
    Reply to a Chatter Email

The reply posts directly to the Chatter feed.

  1. Click the record name link at the top of the Chatter email.

Change Chatter Email Notifications

You can manage your email notifications if you are overwhelmed, or find that you’re missing important notifications.

  1. Click your profile name.
  2. Select My Settings.

  3. Click Chatter.
  4. Click Email Notifications.
  5. Specify when you want to be emailed.
  6. Click Save.
